John "Jack" Waring is an English former professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s and '40s who at representative level has played for England, and at club level for St. Helens, playing at Wing, Centre, Stand-off/Five-eighth, or Scrum-half/Halfback, i.e. 2 or 5, 3 or 4, 6, or 7.
Jack Waring won a cap for England while at St. Helens in 1940 against Wales.[1]
